Shipping
All items are shipped via Australia Post or Courier service.

Transit Time
Transit days are from Monday to Friday only.
Weekends and national holidays are not included in transit time.
When you make a purchase, eBay will estimate the delivery date, but this date is not guaranteed.
For the most accurate delivery date, use the tracking number.

Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped every business day, Monday through Friday. 
We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. 
Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within two business days. 
Orders are paid by Bank Deposit or Paypal. Bank Deposit will take a few days until the funds are cleared.

Tracking Your Order
Once your item ships, you'll receive an order confirmation and shipment tracking number.
You can track the status of your order using the tracking number on the Australia Post Tracking website or Fastway Courier tracking site.
Please note that tracking numbers may not be available for some orders sent by envelope, but these orders typically arrive within 2 to 9 business days.

If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact us for assistance. We will help you to get the correct item as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS
A full refund will be made if any item is defective or faulty.
Please contact us within 14 days with details of the problem. 
We will then ask for the item to be returned via a trackable postage service. 
Once the fault is confirmed we can refund you for the item plus all shipping costs. 
We will refund you via your original method of payment.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

We hope you love your purchase, however, if you do wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a return for exchange.

Requests for exchange must be made within 14 days of purchase of receipt of goods. 
Approval is dependent on receiving the item back in store in 'as new' condition with all product packaging, labels and tags and must be unused/unworn, unaltered and generally suitable for resale. 
Any postage costs on change of mind exchanges is at the expense of the customer.
